Feeling Better

    Yay!! My arm's feeling better this morning!! I thought that get well Pogo-eco pal to cheer sick friends, by pogoshop, was the perfect image, to show how much better it's feeling. See the smile?! :-)
      I had decided that if it wasn't feeling any better by this morning, I would have to get me something like this arm sling by sassysling. {They have a whole lot of cute styles to choose from too!} But it looks like I'm not going to need it...this time!...You never know what's coming next with this body though! :-))
    I've had some good things to occupy my mind while I'm RELAXING {Yeah, right!}. Hubby has been really good about massages and feeding me good stuff.
     And my shop has been making me smile too!...I thought for sure that I wasn't going to sell anything more until at least March. That's what happened last year after the holiday season had passed. But Lo and Behold, I sold 4 items. 4 items headed to Greece!! :-) ... I guess I can be thankful I was doing all of that crocheting when my arm was good. I've got enough stock in the shop now to last me for a while!
    While I've been on the mend, and napping, hubby has been out taking a few pictures. {I'm thankful that none of them was of me...C-Pap on, drool coming down, hair a mess! ^_^ We've been married long enough for him to know better I guess! But these are the night shots he took from around our area.

    Pretty cool, huh?!...I love it when he goes exploring. Somehow our simple little area looks bigger and more interesting in photos! I wonder if all photographers find that to be true...Oh well, I'm off to find something to do...again. Why, Oh Why, can't there be some tennis on now?!!! But, I've got a meeting tonight. So, that'll help my mental state tremendously! Looking forward to it! :-)
   Have a good day Bloggers!! Everybody else too! ^_^

 Feeling Better

There's no card for "Feeling Better"!
But I think that there should be,
when my friends have sent good wishes;
and been loving up on me.

When they've sent good food to eat,
flowers, cards, emails, and calls.
When they've made it bearable
watching T.V. and 4 walls.

I'd like a card to send them back,
with a smiley face there too,
saying: "Feeling so much better;
and it's all because of you!"

  1. I'm so happy to hear you're feeling better! It's hard to NOT get bored when you're down like that. Hubby must have been bored too, to go out and take all those night shots! But I love them! He did a great job. Keep mending my friend! We'll be catching up later and I'll show you some photos I've taken lately too!

  9. Deb, so glad to hear that your arm is feeling better. Your husbands pictures are beautiful. Some of those pictures should be used on a calender or just framed. Once again your poem is great. Have a great day.
