Good Sunday Morning!...{Good Day...or Hello! for those of you not in the U.S., and not on Eastern Standard time.} :-) Usually on a Sunday morning about this time I'm in a quiet easy mood, listening to music, eating something yummy that hubby made me for breakfast...or that I...*lips smacking*...scrounged up from my stash box...
...Nothing as good as these (above) though! ^_^
Or else I'm showing off something cute I found on Etsy...
Okay!....So I still did all of that! :-)) But that's not all I wanted to show you and tell you about this morning I wanna show you my latest creative direction...Tie-Dyed Crochet jewelry! :-) ...I got some tie-dyed thread/floss from JoAnn Fabrics the other day. Look what happened!...
I made a flower necklace out of it, with one of my gold coin buttons and a gold organza cord...
I LOVE it!!! :-) ...I didn't stop there though...
Then I had to make a keychain out of it! :-) I'm still decided whether to sell it separate or give it as the accompanying free gift...It may have to be a customer who's buying more than one item though. :-)) I don't wanna part with it just on a whim, you know!
These little simple-looking flower necklaces and keychains are a lot of work!!
The one below is another keychain I made...with a ribbon accent...
I had some leftover small pieces of ribbon that I just couldn't throw away! :-)
It's going solo....no button I mean.
What do you think?!...Would you hang your keys from there?!
Okay....one more Tie-Dye Necklace...
I put one of my vintage buttons, and a lilac colored organza cord on this one.
In between other projects,...like a certain pair of leg warmers for my friend's little girl,...and listing stuff in the shop that I've already made.....and that's a lot of stuff!...I'll be making these tie-dye pieces...YOU HAVE NOW BEEN FORE-WARNED!! LOL
Except for sharing some music, I've done everything here that I normally do! ^_^
Okay...Now I've done everything! :-) Have a good day, Everybody!
Home
The place where I am at my best.
A place of calm and peace and rest.
The place from which I never roam.
'Cause it's in my heart, this place called home!
