Blue On 'Virtual' FridayDate Day!

       All you have to do is look at that beautiful beach scene in the header photo and you will know what's on my mind this morning. :-) Friday...Virtual...Date...Day!!...I have been waiting for Friday to get here!!

       What do I plan to do today?! And where are hubby and I going on our date tonight?!...That's for us to know, and for you to find out! LOL...Sorry. My pre-school brain was hollering at me, and I just had to respond!! LOL...The truth is...I'm not sure where we're going! ^_^ I put my desire in the hat for somewhere warm though! Hubby is in control of bringing it all together. I'm sure he will!

      So, while I'm thinking of blue skies and blue water...instead of the 4 degrees we're having here in Massachusetts, and the hour of sleep I'm gonna lose this weekend (Daylight Savings Time)...let me give 'you' some blue to look at too!!...

     Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with blue! And clearly I LIKE IT!! ^_^ But maybe it's time to go back to my basic...black...for a while! :-) I noticed that I hardly have anything black in the shop right now!...You know why?!...Because I sold it all!!! :-) Uhhhhh...DUH! "Make more black, Wug!!" LOL
      You know, I can be really slow about getting a point sometimes! ^_^ {And I'm not just talking about picking colors for my crochet projects!! LOL} But I got this point!...and I will be making more black....everything!...for my shop, starting today! :-)
      And after the black is sufficiently replaced, then what?!....Who knows! Maybe orange...white...purple! ^_^ But, probably, there will be some more blue in there somewhere too!! LOL...Just 'keeping it real!' ^_^ Have a good day, Everybody!...and not a blue one either!! :-]

Fridays!...For A Date With Some Blue!

       Hubby and I haven't been having our typical 'Virtual Date Night' dates lately...Don't get me wrong! We have been having our Friday dates...just not our typical 'virtual visiting' dates! For instance, last Friday we spent the day quietly beating each other's brains out in Scrabble! ^_^ Well...I was beating his brains out!!

      I know it was unfair! I mean...I'm the 'word queen'!! But, just the same, it was fun! ^_^ He was so sure I 'was going down!!!!' LOL...I even took pictures of the Scrabble board as we were going along. :-)) He was fine with it...because he was so sure it was gonna document my demise! But instead.....Well, you know! ^_^ {We're gonna do a post about it on our other blog later today.}

       As I was saying,  hubby and I haven't been having our typical 'Virtual Date Night' dates lately, but today we've decided to go off to a city that was posted about on Priscila's blog, Priscila Peters Decor...

           We'll tell you about it tomorrow. :-) ...Today also, I want to tell you the story of 'Blue'! ^_^ ...When I was telling you the story of pink yesterday, you probably thought I was kidding about telling you the story of 'blue', didn't you?...Nope! ^_^

I Only Have Time To Show You My Blue!

      I don't have a lot of time this morning...and frankly, I'm trying to get the blog up before something else happens!! My connection from my server was out for quite a while. It just came back on and I'm playing "Beat The Clock"! LOL So, if you're seeing my post today....I WON!!! ^_^

     I have a few things on my schedule to do today, so I'm not gonna do too much talking....Stop Clapping! LOL...I'm just gonna show you the blue things I've been working on. First...the new blue hat!...

         As you can see, I also crocheted a blue flower for it. It's not attached though. Just pinned on. I've decided not to attach flowers permanently to the hats...so customers can use the flower as a scarf or coat accessory if they want to.

       Speaking of scarves... :-)

       I made a blue matching circle scarf to go with the hat...

       I'm all finished with it now, but I still need to have Mr. Wug take some pictures of it on Tina.

      I'll show those to you when he gets to it. But today it's more hats!! ^_^ And more tennis!! ^_^ Tennis is making me very productive. It's keeping me offline a bit, and my hands are in constant motion....Sooooo....GOOD! LOL

       During one of the lulls of the computer I also made this flower too!...

         It's still in want of a button, so I'll be on the hunt for one for it today too...

       Okay!....That's all I got today! :-) Check back tomorrow. Maybe I'll have some other color...or something!...to show you then......If my internet server still exists, and my brain can snatch itself away from the tennis tournament. LOL Seeing as neither of those things will stop me from talking.....count on there being something here tomorrow! ^_^
